Christopher J. Marangi joins GAMCO Board of Directors

Marangi to its Board of Directors. Mr. Marangi is President and Co-Chief Investment Officer - Value of GAMCO with more than 25 years of investment experience.
Mr. Marangi has worked closely with GAMCO founder Mario Gabelli since joining the firm in 2003. In March, Mr. Marangi was named President of GAMCO Investors, Inc. Mr. Marangi is highly respected within the financial services industry, frequently appears on television and as a keynote speaker for investor conferences.
Mr. Marangi holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA from Williams College.
